These Subscription Terms explain how paid subscriptions, the 14-day trial, automatic renewals, cancellations, refunds, alerts, digests, and customer responsibilities work for Amazon Policy Alert by AMZNavigator.

Effective date: April 25, 2026

1. Service Operator

Amazon Policy Alert by AMZNavigator is provided by Life Planet LLC T/A AmzNavigator, 2105 Vista Oeste St NW, Suite E – 1279, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States. Contact email: support@amznavigator.com. Website: https://amznavigator.com.

In these Subscription Terms, Life Planet LLC T/A AmzNavigator is referred to as “AMZNavigator,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Definitions

  • Service means the Amazon Policy Alert by AMZNavigator subscription service that monitors selected Amazon Seller Central policy pages and sends notifications about detected changes.
  • Subscription means recurring access to the Service under a selected monthly or annual paid plan.
  • Trial Period means the promotional test period offered with a purchase, during which a user may use the Service before the first subscription charge.
  • User means the person, company, or organization that purchases or uses the Service.
  • Marketplace means a selected Amazon marketplace, such as Amazon US, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, MX, BR, or another marketplace supported by the Service.
  • Alert means an email or other notification sent after a relevant policy change is detected.
  • Digest means a recurring summary of changes detected across the selected marketplaces.
  • Client Portal means the customer portal or similar system where a User may manage billing, subscriptions, marketplaces, and alert preferences.

3. Scope of These Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the purchase, use, renewal, plan change, cancellation, and billing of Amazon Policy Alert by AMZNavigator. They supplement the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on AMZNavigator’s website. If these Subscription Terms conflict with the general Terms of Use for matters related to the paid subscription, these Subscription Terms apply to that subscription matter.

4. Nature of the Service

Amazon Policy Alert by AMZNavigator is a monitoring and early-warning tool for Amazon sellers, brands, Amazon consultants, agencies, and operational teams. The Service monitors selected Amazon Seller Central policy and information pages and analyzes detected changes for potential business relevance.

The Service may include instant alerts, recurring digests, severity classification, “What Changed” summaries, potential impact explanations, suggested actions to consider, and links to official sources when available.

The Service is not legal, tax, financial, or professional compliance advice. Alerts and digests are informational and assistive only. The User remains responsible for compliance with Amazon rules, applicable laws, category requirements, documentation requirements, and business decisions.

5. Business Use Only

The Service is intended only for business and professional use. It is not directed to consumers using it solely for private, family, or household purposes. By purchasing a Subscription, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old, are legally able to enter into an agreement, and are using the Service for business, professional, or commercial purposes.

If the User acts on behalf of a company or organization, the User confirms that they have authority to bind that company or organization. If mandatory consumer protection rights apply despite the business-purpose nature of the Service, nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights.

6. Subscription Plans

AMZNavigator may offer different subscription plans, including a 1 marketplace plan, a plan for up to 3 marketplaces, a plan for up to 23 marketplaces, monthly plans, and annual plans. Current plans, prices, features, and promotions are shown on the purchase page or checkout form at the time of purchase.

The number of marketplaces in a plan means the maximum number of marketplaces that may be monitored under that Subscription. AMZNavigator may change the list of supported marketplaces when justified by technical changes, source availability, changes made by Amazon, or service quality considerations.

7. 14-Day Trial Period

If a 14-day trial is offered at purchase, the User may use the Service for 14 days from subscription activation without a subscription fee for that trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.

At the start of the trial, the payment processor may authorize the payment method or process a zero-dollar authorization if required by the payment setup. If the User does not cancel the Subscription before the trial ends, the Subscription automatically converts into the paid plan selected during signup, and the first subscription fee is charged after the trial period ends.

The trial may be limited to one trial per person, company, account, payment method, or email address. AMZNavigator may refuse another trial if it detects abuse, duplicate accounts, or attempts to bypass promotional limits.

8. Payments and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at purchase. Prices displayed on AMZNavigator’s website are shown in United States dollars (USD), unless checkout states otherwise.

The payment processor, including Stripe, may process payment, authorization, or settlement in other currencies. The final currency, exchange rate, banking fees, and amount shown on the User’s statement may depend on the payment processor, the User’s bank, card issuer, or payment settings.

By providing a payment method and starting a Subscription, the User authorizes AMZNavigator and its payment processor to charge recurring subscription fees until the Subscription is cancelled. The Subscription renews automatically for the next billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. If payment fails, AMZNavigator or the payment processor may retry the charge. If payment is not completed, AMZNavigator may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service.

9. Plan Changes

The User may change plans when AMZNavigator makes that option available on the website, in the Client Portal, or through support. A plan change may require purchasing a new Subscription and cancelling the previous Subscription if the payment system does not support automatic plan migration.

If the User purchases a new plan while an older plan remains active, both plans may continue billing until the unnecessary Subscription is cancelled. The User is responsible for reviewing active subscriptions in the Client Portal after changing plans. AMZNavigator may send a plan-change email if the system detects that an existing User purchased a different plan.

10. Cancellation

The User may cancel the Subscription in the Client Portal. Cancellation through the Client Portal is the standard cancellation method. If the User has a technical issue accessing the Client Portal, the User may contact support at support@amznavigator.com for technical assistance with cancellation.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund charges already paid for the current billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. After cancellation, the User may retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period or any applicable grace period. AMZNavigator should confirm cancellation by email or in the Client Portal.

11. Refunds

If the User cancels before the trial period ends, the first subscription fee should not be charged. After the paid subscription period begins, fees for the started billing period are non-refundable.

AMZNavigator may grant a refund exceptionally and at its own discretion, including in cases of an obvious billing error, duplicate charge, technical inability to use the Service caused by AMZNavigator, or another justified case reviewed by support. Refunds are processed by the payment processor and may take several business days. If applicable law grants the User a mandatory refund or withdrawal right, these Terms do not limit that right.

12. Marketplaces and Alert Preferences

After purchase, the User should select the marketplaces to be monitored. The scope of monitoring depends on the selected plan. The User may be able to change marketplaces through a self-service page, form, Client Portal, or support.

The User may be able to change alert preferences, including weekly or biweekly digest frequency, HIGH instant alerts on or off, and CRITICAL instant alerts, which may remain always enabled due to the purpose of the Service. Preference changes may not take effect immediately and may require processing time.

13. Availability and Technical Limits

AMZNavigator works to keep the Service stable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or detection of every Amazon policy change. Monitoring may be delayed or limited due to infrastructure failures, third-party provider issues, email or payment issues, AI provider issues, Amazon technical changes, Amazon access restrictions, page structure changes, language or localization changes, security controls, or planned maintenance.

AMZNavigator may temporarily pause, limit, or change monitoring when needed for security, service quality, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

14. No Guaranteed Business Outcome

AMZNavigator does not guarantee that using the Service will prevent Amazon account suspension, listing suppression, lost sales, customer claims, compliance issues, or any other negative business outcome. Alerts and digests support decision-making but do not replace official Amazon communications, Seller Central, legal advice, compliance audits, or the User’s own account and listing checks.

The User should independently verify the importance of alerts and make decisions based on their own review, Amazon documents, and professional advice where needed.

15. Email, SMS, and Communications

Using the Service requires an active email address. AMZNavigator may send transactional and operational messages, including purchase confirmations, welcome emails, alerts, digests, plan-change notices, billing notices, cancellation notices, and important technical communications.

At the publication date of these Terms, SMS/A2P may not yet be an active communication channel. If the User provides a phone number and gives the required consent, AMZNavigator may in the future send SMS, mobile notifications, or other Service-related communications as allowed by law and communication provider configuration.

The User may opt out of marketing communications, but some transactional and operational communications may be necessary to provide the Service.

16. Data and Privacy

Personal data processing is described in AMZNavigator’s Privacy Policy. To operate the Subscription, AMZNavigator may use third-party providers, including payment systems, CRM, automation, email, hosting, analytics, and support tools. The User is responsible for providing accurate and current information and should not submit data that is unlawful, unnecessary, or not authorized for sharing.

17. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to use the Service lawfully, according to these Terms, and for its intended purpose. The User must not abuse trial periods, avoid payment, share access with unauthorized persons, copy or resell alerts or digests as a competing service, attempt unauthorized access to AMZNavigator systems, or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Amazon, AMZNavigator, or third parties.

AMZNavigator may suspend or terminate access if the User violates these Terms, abuses the Service, or creates technical, legal, or reputational risk.

18. Intellectual Property

AMZNavigator retains all rights to the Service, system, analyses, templates, content, alert and digest formats, trademarks, know-how, and materials prepared by AMZNavigator. The User receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the User’s own business or the organization the User represents.

The User may use alerts and digests internally within their organization, but may not sell, publish, or create a competing product from them without AMZNavigator’s written consent.

19. Changes to the Service or Terms

AMZNavigator may develop, change, or improve the Service, including features, alert formats, digest frequency, supported marketplaces, and notification methods. AMZNavigator may update these Terms for important reasons, including legal changes, payment model changes, technical changes, changes to Service scope, third-party provider requirements, or the need to clarify rules.

Material changes to these Terms or Subscription pricing will be communicated with appropriate notice where required by law or by the nature of the change. If the User does not accept the changes, the User should cancel the Subscription before the changes take effect.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZNavigator is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, Amazon account suspension, listing suppression, Amazon decisions, User business decisions, the effects of delayed, incomplete, or misinterpreted alerts, or acts or omissions of third-party providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMZNavigator’s total liability related to a Subscription is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by mandatory law.

21. Termination by AMZNavigator

AMZNavigator may terminate the agreement or suspend access if the User violates these Terms, payment is not completed, the User abuses the Service, the User’s use creates legal, technical, or reputational risk, or continued provision of the Service becomes impossible or excessively difficult for reasons outside AMZNavigator’s control. Where possible and appropriate, AMZNavigator will notify the User about suspension or termination.

22. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law identified in AMZNavigator’s general Terms of Use, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If the general Terms of Use do not state otherwise, the governing law is the law of the State of New Mexico, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

The parties will first try to resolve disputes amicably by contacting support@amznavigator.com.
